Where a candidate is in the process#
Employers move candidates through these stages. Candidates see the same stage on their own applications page, so it is worth keeping it current.
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Applied | The application arrived. Nobody has opened it. |
| Viewed | Someone on the hiring side has read it. Set automatically. |
| Screening | Being checked against the role's requirements. |
| Interviewing | In the interview process. |
| Offered | An offer has gone out. |
| Hired | The offer was accepted. |
| Rejected | Not taken forward. Can happen at any stage. |
| Withdrawn | The candidate pulled out. Only they can set this. |
Referrals#
The referral system allows employees and network members to recommend candidates for open positions, with tracking and optional referral rewards.
- Refer candidates from your connections for open roles
- Referral link sharing for external candidates
- Track referral status through the pipeline
- Referral reward tracking when configured by employer
Job Alerts#
Candidates set up automated alerts based on saved search criteria to receive notifications when new matching jobs are posted.
- Create alerts from any search filter combination
- Frequency options: instant, daily digest, weekly digest
- Email and in-app notification delivery
- Pause or delete alerts at any time
- Maximum active alerts per user
