Of everything on this page, AcceleratorApp is the closest comparison - it is a purpose-built incubator and accelerator platform rather than a general tool bent into shape. The overlap is genuine, and so is the split. Everything attributed to AcceleratorApp was read from their own site on 4 September 2026.
AcceleratorApp publishes application processing, coaching and mentoring with progress tracking, startup data and portfolio analytics, events management, a learning management system, and programme management - with customisable selection processes, multi-round applications with delegated review, custom data collection, tagging and segmentation, and customisable evaluation forms.
That is a serious feature set and it covers the same ground EcoSync covers on applications, evaluation, mentors and cohort tracking. If your problem is the application funnel and what happens to a startup inside a programme, both products answer it and the decision comes down to fit, price and who you would rather deal with.
Two things, and the first one is not close.
They publish a learning management system. EcoSync does not have one and is not going to pretend otherwise: if your programme runs structured curriculum - lessons, assignments, completion tracking - that is a real gap on our side and a real strength on theirs. They also publish fully customisable email content and design, where EcoSync's announcements are targeted and read-tracked but are not a campaign designer.
The physical and financial side of running an incubation centre. AcceleratorApp's page references a Grants module without detail; what EcoSync publishes is specific enough to check.
Funding is traced from source, to programme allocation, to the tranche that reached a named startup, and over-allocation is blocked at the point of commitment. Office space runs across five pricing tiers with deposits, recurring rent and payouts to your own account. Facilities are booked by day-of-week slot against approvals. Permissions are set per person, per module, at five levels across twenty-nine modules, so a finance officer can work on funding without touching evaluation and an external panel member never needs a full portal login.
For a curriculum-led accelerator where teaching is the programme, AcceleratorApp - they publish an LMS and we do not. For an incubation centre with desks to allocate, facilities to book and grant money to account for to a funder, EcoSync, because that half is built out here and is not described on their site.
No. It is the clearest single thing they have that we do not, and if curriculum delivery is central to your programme it should decide this for you.
We publish our plans and prices on the plans page, read live from the catalogue rather than typed in, so you can compare them yourself. Neither of us is the cheapest way to run a programme - a spreadsheet is, and the alternatives page says when that is still the right answer.
Read from acceleratorapp.co on 4 September 2026. Feature sets change; we re-check every six months and would rather be corrected than leave something stale.
Tell us what broke first - evaluation, document chasing, or a funder asking where money went. If AcceleratorApp is the better fit for it we will say so; we would rather lose the deal than the reputation.
